We undertake to prepare the UK Income Tax Returns of UK landlords and landlords resident outside the UK (also known as non-resident landlords) from the information supplied by the lettings agent, and by the client himself/herself. We rely upon the information being provided to us being complete, accurate and timely in its submission. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of inaccurate, incomplete or late submission of data to us. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee where the information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate or late.

The fees above cover most disposals. Occasionally a transaction will be considerably more complicated and the above scale will not apply. If this is the case we will agree a fee with you before commencing work.
Fees charged to residents of the EU are subject to VAT.
Our fixed fee arrangements relate to landlords to whom one questionnaire is submitted and answered promptly each year, and who approve the tax return promptly on submission. This is normally sufficient to deal with the taxation compliance of UK resident and non-resident landlords. This service excludes any Capital Gains Tax calculations or returns. Any landlord requiring more than this level of service may be charged an additional fee on a time-cost basis at the prevailing rates.
